With 25 years teaching experience between them, Zoe and Claire are passionate movement coaches. Combining their love of dynamic, creative flow with a deep understanding of the classical work. This will be a retreat like no other where you can indulge your love of reformer Pilates in all it’s forms, learn and practise the benefits of strength training and appreciate the versatility of Pilates matwork.
REFORMER PILATES
We're guessing you’re here because you LOVE your reformer Pilates. Well, you're in for a treat. We're taking reformers on a road trip to Kent! Teaching a combination of contemporary, dynamic and classical reformer plus a little high energy jumpboard for good measure. There’ll be something for everyone. A little reformer experience is ideal but not a deal breaker.
MATWORK PILATES
Let us show you how versatile fun and challenging your matwork practise can be. We’ll be working on mind/body connections, creative flow and deep core training. A prop or two may be thrown in for good measure and on our last day you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy the complete body workout that is the Classical Matwork Series.
STRENGTH TRAINING
A workshop introducing you to the benefits of strength training. First understanding the importance of building muscle mass then working through a series of heavy load strength-based exercises focusing on form and technique.
CLASSES OUTLINE:
The current schedule is an outline and subject to a little tweaking. The final schedule will be released 4 weeks prior to arrival. We will ask all attandees to list their class choices in order of preference and will endeavor to accommodate you accordingly. The below classes are a rough giude of what will be covered.

ARRIVAL DAY 1 – Friday 7th June
Check in between 17.00-18.00hrs. Get to know one another with welcome drinks on the patio. Enjoy a delicious evening meal together and settle into our accommodation and each other’s company.
DAY 2 – Saturday 8th June
wake up to juice, tea and coffee.
Morning Pilates. Reformer class with Claire and Matwork with Zoe.
Breakfast. Relax poolside/optional treatments, complimentary spray tan.
Lunch then a walk to local town returning for some chill out time back at the farm. Afternoon Pilates Reformer with Zoe. Matwork with Claire.
Cocktail hour then Dinner to follow.
Day 3 – Sunday 9th June
Wake up to juice, tea and coffee.
Morning Pilates Reformer with Zoe and HIP mat with Claire. Breakfast. Relax poolside, in the grounds. Optional treatments.
Lunch then optional paddleboarding trip to local river or chill out at the farm.
Afternoon Pilates Reformer with Claire. Weight Training workshop Zoe. Optional: Yin Yoga/Sound Bath. Dinner.
Day 4 Departure Day – Monday 10th June
Wake up to juice, tea and coffee.
Morning Pilates Classical Pilates Matwork.
Breakfast.
10am Depart.

Great Oak Farm is a luxurious rural retreat based near Eastry in the beautiful garden of England. It’s the perfect location and ideal venue to host our first Reformer and Matwork retreat, only 1.5 hours from London, close to local beaches, rivers and historic towns.
The farm has been beautifully renovated exuding understated luxury, with large entertaining spaces, uniquely designed double bedrooms and bathrooms and an idyllic walled garden to enjoy should we be blessed with good weather, and if not, the indoor spa area is the perfect chill out zone.
All bedrooms are equipped with 400 thread count sheets and natural duvets and bathrooms stocked with Malin & Gotoez goodies.

The Site consists of 3 separate buildings, The Brick Barn (main barn), The Cartlodge and The Stable. We’d like to invite you to take a look at all the rooms available which we have priced according to spec. Please check which rooms are suitable for single occupancy if this is your preference.
